Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of Gilliam County Busted Mugshots. By browsing or using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its search tools.

This privately owned site is not affiliated with Gilliam County, any sheriff, NORCOR, a court, a corrections department, or another government body. It is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency. Neither this site nor its advertising partners offers FCRA-covered services, and the site only identifies records resources for Gilliam County and Oregon.

Purpose of This Guide

This site is an independent reference for locating official custody, court, and public-records resources. It does not store official records, confirm a custody status, release anyone, post bail, or file a document for a visitor. The page descriptions may link to third-party research tools, but those services remain separate from this site.

Official Oregon record procedures are controlled by the appropriate custodian and applicable law, including ORS chapter 192 for public records. A reader must use the responsible office for a current or certified answer.

Third-Party Destinations

Links may lead to jail rosters, sheriff pages, court portals, corrections systems, legal resources, and outside search services. A link does not mean we endorse that site, its content, its security practices, or its availability. Review the destination’s terms and privacy notice before using it.

No Warranties

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the material will be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We also do not promise that an outside search tool will return a complete result.

Custody status and public records can change quickly. Nothing on this site is an official statement by the Gilliam County Sheriff, NORCOR, an Oregon court, or another public office.

Liability Limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or other damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this site or an outside link.

Your Indemnity Obligation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless this site and its owners, partners, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the site or a breach of these terms.

Site Intellectual Property

The site’s original text, graphics, logo treatment, and code are owned by Gilliam County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. You may not copy, distribute, alter, or create derivative work from them without prior written permission, except where law permits.

Terms May Change

We may revise these terms at any time. A revision becomes effective when posted on this page, and continued use after posting signifies acceptance of the revised terms.

Access Can Be Revoked

We may suspend, limit, or end access to the site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason permitted by law.

Oregon Law Governs

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute must be brought in a court located in Oregon, subject to applicable jurisdiction and venue rules.

If a Term Is Invalid

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in effect. The affected provision will be adjusted only to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, if possible.
